Who is responsible

What this notice covers
It covers the two forms on this site, the partnership application and the patient case form, as well as the messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email after using them. Acıbadem's other websites and hospital services have their own notices.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for and what you choose to write:
- Partnership application: your name, company or organisation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, partner type, the markets you cover and a short note about your business.
- Patient case: your name, company, email, phone, the patient's country, the specialty needed and a short case summary. Please do not include the patient's name or identity documents at this stage; reports are requested later through a secure channel.
- The time of your submission and your consent to this notice.
- A hashed version of your IP address, kept for a short period only to block automated or repeated submissions. It is not stored with your application.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, to assess and set up a partnership with you, and to prepare a treatment plan and quote for a patient you refer. The legal bases are the steps needed before entering a contract with you, your consent for case details that relate to a patient's health, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Who can see it
- The partnerships team and the international patient centre that handle your request.
- For a patient case, the medical teams of the Acıbadem hospital that evaluates it.
- Service providers that host this site and deliver our email, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality.
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Your data is processed in Türkiye, where Acıbadem's hospitals and head office are located. If you contact us from the EU, the UK or another country, we rely on the safeguards those laws require for such transfers, including your explicit consent where it is needed.
How long we keep it
Partnership applications are kept for as long as needed to assess and run the partnership, and afterwards only for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Case information that becomes part of a patient's medical record follows healthcare record-keeping rules. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to info@acibademinternational.com and we will respond within the legal time limits. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Cookies and measurement
Browsing this site sets no cookies of its own and the forms work without them. If web analytics is switched on, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure overall traffic; it is not used for advertising or to profile you.
Changes to this notice
When we change how we handle your data we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are also communicated to active partners directly.
